The following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the Strai.io platform ("Strai" or the "Platform"), including its blockchain network, AI libraries, distributed computing framework, and all associated services and applications. By accessing or using Strai, users ("You" or "Users") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Definitions
1.1 Strai.io: A unified framework for blockchain, AI, and distributed computing, including its Layer 1 network, AI libraries, decentralized applications, and machine learning tools. 1.2 Platform Services: All tools, resources, and features provided by Strai, including tokenization services, AI model training libraries, distributed computing clusters, and decentralized application development frameworks. 1.3 STRAI Token: The native utility token of the Strai ecosystem, used for transaction fees, staking, governance, and incentivizing participation. 1.4 User Content: Any data, code, models, or other materials uploaded, transmitted, or shared by Users on the Platform.
2. Access and Use
2.1 Eligibility: You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements. 2.2 Account Registration: To access certain features of Strai, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. 2.3 Permitted Use: You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:
Building and deploying distributed applications.
Utilizing AI libraries for machine learning workloads.
Tokenizing real-world assets in compliance with applicable laws. 2.4 Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities.
Exploit the Platform for unauthorized mining or resource consumption.
Violate intellectual property rights or distribute harmful content.
3. Platform Services
3.1 Blockchain and Tokenization: Strai facilitates the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs) and the development of decentralized applications on its Layer 1 network. Users are responsible for ensuring that their tokenization activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations. 3.2 AI and Distributed Computing Framework: Strai provides libraries and tools for distributed computing and AI/ML workloads. The Platform ensures scalability and fault tolerance but does not guarantee specific performance outcomes for User applications. 3.3 Interoperability: Strai enables cross-chain token transfers and interactions with external networks, such as Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain. While the Platform takes precautions to ensure security and accuracy, it is not liable for any losses arising from third-party network issues. 3.4 Scalability: Strai’s infrastructure supports dynamic scaling of workloads and subnets. However, Strai reserves the right to manage network resources and limit access to ensure equitable usage among Users.
4. STRAI Tokens
4.1 Utility: STRAI Tokens are used within the Platform for transaction fees, staking, governance, and participation incentives. 4.2 Ownership: Holding STRAI Tokens does not confer ownership, control, or equity in Strai.io or its affiliated entities. 4.3 Staking and Rewards: Users may stake STRAI Tokens to secure the network and earn rewards. Strai does not guarantee specific returns, and staking involves risks, including potential loss of staked tokens. 4.4 Compliance: Users are responsible for understanding and adhering to their local regulations regarding the use and exchange of STRAI Tokens.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the User Content you upload or create on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Strai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your Content as necessary for operating the Platform. 5.2 Security: You are responsible for securing your account, private keys, and tokens. Strai is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access or user error. 5.3 Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to intellectual property, data privacy, and financial regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: Strai retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform, including its blockchain infrastructure, AI libraries, distributed computing tools, and documentation. 6.2 License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform services for lawful purposes. This license does not allow resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the Platform without prior written consent from Strai.
7. Privacy and Data
7.1 Data Collection: Strai collects and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data collection and processing. 7.2 User Data: Strai takes reasonable measures to protect User data but is not liable for breaches resulting from external attacks or unauthorized access. 7.3 Decentralized Nature: Some data processed on the Platform may be stored or distributed across decentralized networks, which may not fall under Strai’s direct control.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Guarantees: Strai provides the Platform “as-is” without warranties of any kind. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific performance outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party integrations. 8.2 Risk of Loss: Blockchain and distributed systems involve risks, including but not limited to financial loss, security breaches, and software vulnerabilities. Users are advised to use the Platform at their own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Strai and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. 9.2 Strai’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the User to access the Platform.
10. Amendments
Strai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the Platform or other communication channels. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Strai is incorporated. 11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with applicable regulations.
